Clubroad — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Clubroad website (clubroad.net) and our enquiry and introduction service (the "Service"). By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Nicolas Reuland Sports Consulting & Management, registered and based in Luxembourg and trading as "Clubroad". You can contact us at team@clubroad.net.

2. What Clubroad is — and what it is not

Clubroad is a discovery and introduction service. We help international players and their families find official academy programmes run by professional football clubs, and we introduce interested families to those clubs.

Please read the following carefully, as it defines the nature of our Service:

  • We do not run the programmes. The programmes, training, coaching, accommodation, education, and all related services are provided by the clubs and their partners, not by Clubroad.

  • We are not a party to your contract with a club. Any enrolment, agreement, fees, terms, and obligations are strictly between you (the player and/or family) and the club. We are not responsible for the clubs' programmes, decisions, conduct, pricing, or performance.

  • We do not guarantee any outcome. We do not promise or guarantee acceptance into any programme, selection, trials, playing time, a professional contract, scholarship, visa, or any other result. Football and academy admissions depend on factors outside our control.

  • We are not your guardian. We do not take responsibility for the care, supervision, safety, travel, or welfare of any player. Those responsibilities rest with the family and the club.

3. How the Service works and how we are paid

You submit an enquiry describing the player and what you are looking for. We review it and may recommend one or more official programmes. If you wish to proceed, we introduce you to the relevant club's academy team or any other relevant party or representative thereof, who will contact you directly about enrolment.

The Service is free for players and families. Clubroad may receive a referral fee or commission from a club if a player enrols through an introduction we make. This does not add any cost to you, and it does not change our commitment to give you honest advice. We only recommend official programmes at verified and qualitz-controlled clubs.

4. Information you provide

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Where the enquiry concerns a player under 18, you confirm that you are the player's parent or legal guardian, or that you are submitting the enquiry with their knowledge and consent, and that you are authorised to share the player's information with us and, where you agree, with a club. How we handle this information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry or otherwise contract with us. Enquiries relating to minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian, or with their involvement as described above.

6. Intellectual property

The Clubroad name, logo, website content, and materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission. Club names, crests, and materials belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe their programmes.

7. Third-party clubs, links, and content

Our Service involves introducing you to third-party clubs and may include links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, programmes, policies, or practices of any club or third party. Any dealings you have with a club are solely between you and that club.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and the information on our site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we aim to provide accurate and helpful information about programmes, we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, and details are ultimately set and confirmed by the clubs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubroad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your dealings with any club, or any programme. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

10. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for your use of the Service and for the accuracy of the information you provide, and to hold us harmless from claims arising out of information you submit that you were not entitled to share.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
