How Clubroad works
All over Europe, professional clubs have opened their academies to international players. Many of them offer a genuine chance to train inside a real club, in professional facilities, under professional coaching. The opportunities are extraordinary, but identifying them is certainly not straightforward. The information is scattered across PDFs, dubious websites, private contacts, and word of mouth. Families are left comparing incomparable brochures, unsure what's included, what it costs, or who to even talk to. Good players miss out simply because the door is hard to find.
Clubroad exists to open that door. We make the international academy pathway simple and transparent. We analyse and filter the different opportunities that exist across Europe and North America, lay out what each one actually offers, and connect families directly with the club. We don’t run the programmes; the clubs are the experts. We’re the compass. Our job is to help the right player find the right program, and to make that first connection effortless.
Evaluation based on your profile.
Based on the information you have submitted, we will evaluate the player's profile and preferences and propose one or multiple academy programs that match their needs.
Selection and Connection
Once you have received our feedback and been able to ask all your questions, we will put you in touch directly with the club's academy contact to help organise enrolment, contracts, logistics and visas.
Join and Play
Once you and the club agree terms, the player joins — training in professional facilities on the club's own methodology and, where eligible, competing in real matches.
